STRESS
There are 4 major causes of disease: radiation stress, chemical stress, emotional stress, and nutritional stress. Stress breaks down your body and ages you like few other influences. Dr. Marcus Laux, author of the newsletter Naturally Well states that "The body can usually handle a single large stressful event, just as a piece of metal can withstand a strong force and not break. But chronic stress, equivalent to bending that piece of metal back and forth, over and over, IS going to 'break' your health. That continuous strain and tension is obviously what you want-and need- to avoid." He agrees with Reader's Digest that "Laughter is the Best Medicine," and notes that "Meditation is misunderstood by a lot of people, and offers uniquely-beneficial relaxation." Your Attitude toward your personal health affects you more than you know.
In many instances a person who is suffering from one of the 4 stressors, is being treated in one of the other three areas, and is wondering why they are not getting good results. I attended a training by Michael Coyle who trains doctors and other health professionals on this, and watched live blood analysis using dark field microscopy. He shows how if your imune system is healthy, and your PH is balanced, the natural pathogens in your body are kept in check (dormant), but if you are out of whack, they can start to develop into serious problems.
Thus it is important to have a strong immune system, and lots of extra energy so you don't have to handle modern day stressors on top of physical tiredness. If you want to hear how I take care of that stuff, call toll free at 303-579-2084.
Pollution is a stressor, as are headaches, fear, pain, drugs, lack of sleep, parasites, exercise, and significant others.
