GOOD NEWS! New studies are now confirming that brain power in healthy people decreases very little with age. This sounds like one might have an interest in staying healthy! Dr. John Morris, MD., associate professor of neurology at Washington University in St. Louis concludes that impaired brain function is a result of disease, not age. As a individual, one can take control of this area in your life by staying physically, socially & intellectually active. "Use it or Lose it" is a truism that Dr. David Morgan, MD., a specialist on neural degeneration at the University of South Florida College of Medicine agrees with. "Just like your muscles, your mind needs to be exercised, or atrophy will set in." In actual tests, the mind (when stimulated) can improve in function. I can attest to that personally. For the last several years I have been researching a multitude of areas related to sales, understanding people, and computer related challenges. My memory has improved markedly, and my mental perspicuity has increased noticeably. Recently a new product has been developed that will actually help reverse brain function deterioration. I can back up what I say with double blind studies and scientific research plus a patented test to measure results.
