This is a very diverse and extensive web site.
No fly-by-night, cut & paste,
I've been here since 1996.
640 subjects + 4500 links

Subject oriented searches are facilitated by the drop-down
"INDEX"
button at the top of each page

Please go to
MISSION STATEMENT
for direction if you get lost
or mad at me.

The 98 subject alphabetical index contains a virtual harvest full of interesting information:
But it's not complete,
(there are around 540 subjects now), nor updated.

Blood type dietary plans disputed:

According to Valerie Cochrane of Hong Kong, who is a registered nurse, acupuncturist and Reiki master,
Peter D'Adamo's book on blood typing found no resonance with her or her friends.

Valerie is type O, but her health has only been good since she stopped eating meat.
Her younger daughter, also type O, is a natural vegetarian with a strong immune system.

Her husband's blood group is B. He suffers from allergies exacerbated by dairy products
and has a weak immune system.
Her eldest daughter also a B type, has a weak digestive system and finds meat makes her nauseated.
(" What Doctors Don't Tell You" Sept 1998 Vol 9 no 6.

Now you will find meat eaters who dispute this, and some who say we are all meat eaters, but as I see it,
What ever works for you is what you believe. See Attitude. I don't eat red meat or pork, but do eat lots of fish, some chicken and turkey, and my total health amazes the allopathic doctors and nurses who find it really unusual to see a 66 year old who does not take 6 or more prescription DRUGs. I take none, not even the ocasional aspirin.I don't get sick, my last cold was 8 years ago, and last year I rode my bicycle on RIDE THE ROCKIES with no soreness, even after one day of 105 miles (felt like it was all uphill into the wind!)
