COMPASSION We like to think of ourselves as compassionate people. One of our leaders likes to claim: "I feel your pain". Compassion is sympathy, the urge to help. When your loved one is hurting you want to give them pain relief so you recommend a pain killer, see Aspirin. As you come to understand more about the human body, you begin to see that certain bodily processes CANNOT occur painlessly. If, because you have changed your diet and are eating more fruits, vegetables, grains and rice, you start to detoxify , that is, rid yourself of previously acquired toxins, and you may get specific symptoms; see Detoxification. These also may occur when you visit a new country and eat the local menu especially if it is healthier than your previous menu. These symptoms are a sign that the body is under repair, and should be left alone. Unfortunately in our COMPASSION we often obstruct these
efforts of our body to attain good health. EXAMPLE: Diarrhea is not a pleasant experience, so let us look at what is happening: Your body is trying every way at its disposal to rid itself of a toxin/infection before it is absorbed into the body.. It has robbed water from every place it can to dissolve and dilute the poison, and then is working hard to eliminate it altogether. So what does conventional wisdom recommend? Take Pepto Bismal to stop it up, and hold the poison in the body. A more reasoned approach might be to take an enema, help the body rid itself of its problem. See Innate Intelligence. See INDEX.
